Accommodation . . .

All units have the following facilities:

• Either Queen, King, Super King beds, or single beds.
• Fully equipped kitchens with fridge, microwave, two ring ceramic hob, tea and coffee making facilities including plunger (electric frypan available upon request).
• LCD TV's & DVD players in every living area. TV's in all bedrooms.
• Hairdryers.
• Heated towel rails.
• Wall mounted heaters (living and bathrooms).
• Electric blankets.
• Radio alarm clocks.
• All units are strictly Non-Smoking.

We offer twelve fully self contained units:

Unit 1:- 2 bedroom unit on the ground floor with a queen bed in one bedroom and either a super king or two single beds in the other bedroom, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Shower bathroom, kitchen facilities and a paved outdoor seating area off the lounge.

Unit 2:- 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor with a queen bed, plus a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge, single spa bath with shower over and kitchen facilities.

Units 3:- Studio unit on the ground floor with a queen bed in the living area, single spa bath with shower over and kitchen facilities.

Units 4:- Studio unit on the ground floor with a queen bed in the living area, single spa bath with shower over and kitchen facilities.

Unit 5:- One bedroom unit on the ground floor with either twin beds or king bed, an extra single bed in the lounge plus a single fold out sofa bed. This unit is an access unit with walk in wet floor shower and kitchen facilities.

Unit 6:- 2 bedroom unit upstairs with either a super king bed or two single beds in each bedroom plus a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge, single spa bath with shower over and kitchen facilities.

Unit 7:- 1 bedroom unit upstairs, with either a super king, or two single beds in the bedroom, and a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge, shower in the bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Units 8:- Studio unit upstairs with a queen bed in the living area, a shower in the bathroom and cooking facilities.

Units 9:- :- Studio unit upstairs with a queen bed in the living area, a shower in the bathroom and cooking facilities.

Units 10:- Studio unit upstairs with a queen bed in the living area, a shower in the bathroom and cooking facilities.

Units 11:- Studio unit upstairs with a queen bed in the living area, a shower in the bathroom and cooking facilities.

Unit 12:- Deluxe Studio with a queen bed in the living area, single spa bath with shower over and cooking facilities

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations are not confirmed unless secured by a credit card, agent's voucher or deposit. Unsecured reservations will only be held for 48 hours unless otherwise specified.

Credit card details are held pending guest arrival and if a cancellation is required there will be no charge to the card and deposits will be refunded, provided we receive at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.

In the unlikely event of a late cancellation or failure to arrive, the first night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card, or the deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to resell the accommodation at the equivalent tariff.

Check out prior to fulfillment of your reservation will be treated as a cancellation unless we receive at least 24 hours notice.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES:

Please note that units are available for check in from 2pm and check out is at 10am. If you wish to arrive or depart outside of these hours, please contact us and we shall do our best to assist you.
